How to Revoke IAS Consent

Step-by-step instructions for revoking your Individual Access Services authorization

Option 1: Within the ClearChartAI Application

  1. Log in to your ClearChartAI account at clearchartai.io/login
  2. Navigate to Security Settings from your profile menu
  3. Locate the Individual Access Services section
  4. Select "Revoke IAS Access"
  5. Confirm your choice when prompted

Your revocation will take effect immediately.

Option 2: By Contacting Us

  1. Send an email to team@clearchartai.io
  2. Use the subject line: "Revoke IAS Consent"
  3. Include your full name and account email address in the body

We will process your request within two (2) business days and send you a confirmation.

What Happens After Revocation

  • ClearChartAI will immediately stop retrieving or exchanging health information through Individual Access Services.
  • Your access to Individual Access Services will be terminated.
  • Previously retrieved records will remain in your account unless you separately request deletion.
  • Actions taken prior to revocation will not be affected.
  • You may re-consent to Individual Access Services at any time by going through the consent process again.

Want to Delete Your Data?

Revoking consent stops future data retrieval but does not delete your existing records. If you also want to delete your stored health data, you may:

  • Delete individual records through the Records page in the application
  • Request complete data deletion by emailing team@clearchartai.io with the subject line "Delete My Data"
  • Delete your entire account through your Profile settings

Upon account deletion, health data is permanently removed within thirty (30) days.
